The key to moving up in Cityville is being efficient with how you build. Spend wisely and make sure that what you build will help you increase your leveling, not just for the sake of building something, don’t waste money on stuff that is unnecessary!
Cityville Cheat Tip 2 of 3 : Wanna earn easy XP? Build a Community Building. Before you hire any staff or ask neighbors to send you building materials, remove the community building. You’ll keep all of the experience you gained while building.
The third significant factor is goods, without goods you can not supply your businesses, if your businesses are not supplied with goods then your revenue just about dries up and you’ll discover the game will stagnate and leveling up will become a good deal more delayed.
